Home banners

A banner takes over the home page's title screen between its start and end (Calgary time), for advertising a film or anything else. Queue as many as you like: they can't overlap, and between them the normal title screen shows. While one is up, the LCA logo shows first, then fades away. A banner shows only once it's set to Public and its time has come; use Preview to see it on the home page before then. A banner video is deleted from storage once its banner has ended (when this page next opens); pictures are kept.
